Shipping Policy
Please note that prices listed do not include shipping. Also, freight quotes generated by our shopping cart's shipping calculator are not exact, and we may contact you to correct any errors in calculation. For individual orders under $40, a small order fee of $15 will be added. Expedited orders requiring overnight shipping may incur a $10 handling charge. Please note that orders placed online on Fridays after 2:30pm, Saturdays, or Sundays will not be processed until Monday of the following week. Orders that are placed and then cancelled after 24 hours, but before the order ships, will be assessed a cancellation fee. Also, our company observes all national holidays and most religious holidays. If you have any time requirements for delivery, please contact our Sales Dept. at (877) 840-0707.
Orders generally may take 1 - 3 weeks for delivery. Please also note that non-UPS orders may require approx. 2 - 4 weeks to process and ship via motor freight. Upon receiving any order, customers are encouraged to open and inspect the order. We will not be liable for missing items reported to us more than 10 days after delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, or it does not meet your needs, you may refund it for the purchase price of the item. Note: Maryland Materials does not pay for return shipping. We also charge a re-stock fee of 20% of the value of the items returned. Please note that these fees are lower than our competitors' rates.
We accept purchase orders from state and municipal governments.
